What types of documents are supported?

Formats

Today Docufai supports:

• PDF
• JPEG
• PNG
• TIFF

We will automatically extract both printed text and handwriting from uploaded documents. Note that the image types should be pictures of documents or text.

Office Document format support coming by the end of November!

Lengths

For the beta we are not capping document length as we learn more about the practical limits. A few things to note:

• Documents longer than 1500 pages may fail to ingest properly. If the "preparing your documents" never goes aways, submit a support ticket and we will look into it
• Q&A will perform better on shorter documents. We aren't restricting longer documents, but some will work better than others
